TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to pack your order (if we have your treat in stock). It will be necessary to calculate a few additional days if your order is placed outside normal office hours, either during weekends or holidays. If you have any concerns or shortened delivery time, please contact us by e-mail or by phone to let us know.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, as our carrier cannot guarantee them. Only approximate dates can be transmitted and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. This allows us to offer you products of incomparable freshness.

Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more before taxes. Orders usually ship within 3 days of placing your order. It is possible to pick up your order at our shop, only on Friday between 9 a.m. and noon. However, you must have received confirmation that the order is ready.

We prepare the majority of our products as they are ordered, to ensure quality. In some cases, a delay of 72 hours may be required to prepare certain products and articles. We receive, prepare and pack orders between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to noon, Friday. We ship orders daily Monday through Friday, depending on quantity ordered, stock on hand, stock that may require preparation, and order quantities received from our customers. You will be notified by email when we have shipped your order.

If you need a different shipping method, please contact us and we will certainly try to accommodate you.

Dispatch :
The delivery of your package will be made by a recognized carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for any possible delays and delays thereof. In addition, you must make sure to validate your shipping address, in order to avoid spelling mistakes and typing errors. We will ship the package to the confirmed address.

Tracking numbers are generated for each order placed and sent by emailso so that you can track the progress of your order.

If the address turns out to be wrong, you will have to pay again for another shipment and for the cost of the goods, if they are not returned to us. If the package comes back to us and you want it back, the shipping costs will have to be paid and we will return the same box, including the same products.
Return and refund:
To return a product, you must first contact us by email or telephone within 5 days of receiving your package. The product or products must be returned to the store no later than 5 days after the date of the order, as evidenced by the postmark. Here are the conditions:

Once the packaging is opened;

Tampering on your part, for example, product left in the sun, cold or damp.

The original packaging of the product must be intact.

The transport costs for the return of the product are at your expense.

If you placed your order online and selected: "Pick up in store" and did not pick it up within 14 days, it will be canceled and your payment will be retained.
Product damaged by the carrier:
If you are unlucky enough to receive a damaged product, we will fully refund the product. To obtain this refund or a replacement product, you must send us a photo by email. Additionally, you will need to add a photo of the damaged product and its original packaging. This includes the transport box, and this, before opening it. You must make the claim within 5 days of receiving the package.

If you do not want the refund option, but rather receive another identical product, you will have to pay the delivery costs if Le p'tit gourmand paid these costs for the initial order. If you are the one who paid the delivery costs, we will gladly cover them.

If by mistake, a product has been forgotten in your order, we will refund the product. However, if you wish to receive the product, we will send it to you at our expense, as soon as possible.
Coupons and promotional codes:
Discount coupons are not applicable on all products. Some exceptions may apply and other products may be added without notice. Depending on current promotions, the discount coupon may not be applicable, if you have items in your order that are on sale.
Terms:
Le p'tit gourmand strives to ensure that the information provided on the website is up-to-date and accurate. However, it is possible that spelling mistakes, inaccuracies, omissions or other errors may be found. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without notice and without liability to you or any other person.
